Overview

Senior Legal Support Assistant role at HCR Law, Worcester, England, United Kingdom. We are currently looking for a proactive, experienced Senior Legal Support Assistant to join our Worcester office to sit within our crucial support staff in our Corporate Law team.


Responsibilities

* Managing the file opening process for the team
* Being the first point of contact for clients
* Being the first point of contact for any administrative and business support requirements for fee earners, anticipating the teams needs where possible
* Assisting with the preparation of all financial transactions as required
* Drafting and formatting of letters, documents, and forms
* Preparing correspondence and documents through audio typing and word-processing
* Proactive diary management for allocated fee earners
* Working with the Legal Support Manager, supporting the implementation of new technology, systems or process changes
* Creating a culture of continuous improvement in the team
* Be a role model for the legal support team, coaching more junior members and helping induct new members to the team


About You / Qualifications

* Experience within a legal or professional services environment.
* Experience in case management systems would be desirable.
* Sound IT knowledge; including Microsoft Office suite and Teams.
* Demonstrated history within administrative or PA role.
* Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of your work, with confident typing abilities.
* Strong communication and organisation skills.
