We are looking for a Compliance & HSE Coordinator to join our highly driven Business Support Function — a team that is striving for success and smashing goals every day, to play a vital role in ensuring our company meets all legal, regulatory, and corporate safety obligations.
In this role, you'll work closely with the Compliance & HSE Manager to manage key regulatory requirements, coordinate testing and inspections, and ensure our sites remain safe, compliant, and well-documented.
What You'll Do
Manage and maintain essential licenses and permits, including Petroleum Licenses, Environmental Permits, VR1 & VR2 Certificates, Premises and Music Licenses.
Coordinate testing and inspections, such as electrical testing, PAT, EICRs, interceptor cleaning, fire safety equipment checks, and drainage plans.
Keep the company's Asbestos Register up to date and ensure all certifications and inspections are compliant.
Support audits, inspections, and site visits with accurate administration and record-keeping.
Track and document compliance activities, ensuring all deadlines are met.
What We Are Looking For
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing multiple tasks.
Proactive and process-driven, with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and resilience under pressure.Experience is desired but for the right person not essential as full training will be given
