The role is full time and is based in Leicester, UK. You will be expected to make a full contribution to teaching and assessment of pharmaceutical chemistry, at Level 3 and undergraduate level, across our programmes including the Pharmacy with Preparatory year (MPharm). You may also be asked to support post-graduate teaching in the Leicester School of Pharmacy. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the School’s research profile.Ideal CandidateYou will have a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Science and a PhD in Pharmaceutical Science or a Pharmacy related field. You will bring experience in teaching and assessing within higher education and demonstrate the ability to contribute to research aligned with the School’s strategic priorities. Essential qualities include strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. You will also demonstrate a clear commitment to academic citizenship, actively contributing to the wider academic community.
