Lead Business Analyst, Identity & Access Management
Join ACCA Careers as a Lead Business Analyst focusing on Identity & Access Management (IAM). You will lead a team of business and data analysts and drive the IAM transformation initiative.
Responsibilities
* Capture, validate and document business and system requirements aligned with strategic principles.
* Produce business requirements to inform future state design and support teams in understanding linkages to domain strategy.
* Build, manage and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders and third‑party suppliers across Security Services.
* Suggest business workflows, recommend improvements and efficiencies to new and existing products and features.
* Perform data analysis across a variety of sources, translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
* Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document requirements related to Identity Governance and other IAM services.
* Conduct workshops, interviews and process reviews to understand and optimise identity management processes.
* Document and test business rules and workflows to ensure alignment with compliance and business needs.
* Analyse current identity governance processes and recommend improvements, map and optimise user access lifecycle processes.
* Facilitate adoption of best practices for IAM across the bank.
Qualifications
* Leadership and people‑management experience with a background as a business analyst, preferably in IAM solutions.
* General understanding of risk methodologies and techniques.
* Experience in process improvement (Lean Six Sigma) and strong analytical, decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
* Working knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ, Identity Security Cloud or similar IAM products.
* A certification in business analysis from organisations such as IIBA or BCS, and knowledge of the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge.
* Experience maintaining data, defining operational processes and partnering across product, operations and development groups.
* Experience documenting business and system requirements, including comprehensive use‑cases.
* Experience working with diverse data sources or streams and managing them effectively.
* Experience with workflow automation, role mining and access reviews; ability to create process maps, use cases, and user stories.
* Proficiency with project tracking tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Project; familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SOX and GDPR.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with technical and non‑technical audiences.
