The Role
Were looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a knack for numbers, contracts, and cost management. Youll play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on budget and on schedule, collaborating closely with our team on high-end residential and heritage works. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, project-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage project costs, including financial reporting and contract administration.
* Oversee procurement and pricing for specialist trades and materials.
* Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts with accuracy.
* Attend site meetings and coordinate with suppliers, consultants, and stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with JCT contracts and industry regulations.
What Were Looking For
* Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in high-end residential or heritage projects.
* Strong understanding of JCT contracts and cost management principles.
* Exceptional organisational skills, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
* Based in or able to commute to the Cotswolds.
* Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
