We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Project Administrator to be part of our landmark development at Central Quay, Cardiff. This is a fixed term contract until July 26, based on-site at the historic former Brains Brewery site. Your Role: As Project Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our site team, including Construction Directors, Project Managers, and Site Managers, ensuring smooth operations and positive interactions across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the site team Maintain accurate and accessible project records and documentation Coordinate site visitors and manage communications Support general site presentation and organisation Attend site meetings and produce clear, professional minutes Manage stationery supplies and maintain the subcontractor directory What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within construction or property development Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems A proactive, collaborative approach to working in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
