LeadGoogle Adsendtoend forB2C lead generation, with a strong emphasis onYouTube(Video Action, Demand Gen, Shorts). Youll scale spend aggressively and responsibly acrossSearch and YouTube, run a disciplined testingprogramme, and turn performance data intoclear creative guidancefor our inhouse team/agency. Your focus isstrategy, scale, execution and insights no video editing required;not an ecommerce/Shopping role.

What Youll Do
* Own Google strategy & execution(Search + YouTube) to hitlead volume, CPL and paybacktargets on 1m+ monthly budgets.
* YouTube excellence:plan and optimise Video Action/Demand Gen, audience signals, sequencing, frequency and brandsafety; providecreative insights(hooks, opening 5 seconds, message/order, endcards, CTA) to the creative team no editing responsibilities.
* Search performance management:robust account architecture, brand vs nonbrand guardrails, RSA best practice, query mapping andSQR hygiene, bidding (tCPA/tROAS) and budget pacing.
* Improve lead quality:implementEnhanced Conversions,Consent Mode, andoffline conversion imports(MQL/SQL) to optimise beyond raw form fills.
* Experimentation:run weekly test sprints (audiences, bids, ads, LPs), maintain a learnings library and refresh cadence across Search and YouTube.
* Partner for performance:
* withCROon adtolandingpage congruence and LP test grid;
* withCRMon capture fields, scoring and downstream feedback to Google (offline conversions).
* Report & forecastweekly with clear test readouts, decisions and changelog; keep forecast vs actual within 10%.
What Youll Bring
* 6+ yearsin paid media with3+ years handson Google Ads, includingYouTube; experience scaling500k1m+ per monthwhile meetingCPL/CACtargets.
* ProvenYouTube performance playbook(audience signals, sequencing, frequency, brand suitability) and examples where yourinsights shaped creativeand moved the numbers.
* StrongSearchfundamentals: queryLP mapping, RSA asset strategy, negatives and structure that scales.
* Practical tracking competence:Enhanced Conversions,Consent Mode,offline conversion imports(GCLID/gbraid/wbraid), naming/taxonomy discipline; confident withGA4.
* Analytical judgement readingVTR/CPV, CTR, CVR and lead quality into clear actions.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills; comfortable briefing inhouse creatives or agencies and mentoring an Executive as the team grows.
Nice to have:Looker/BigQuery literacy; incremental lift testing (Brand Lift/geotests); basic storyboard skills for briefing; DV360 exposure (not required).
Not required:video editing; ecommerce/Shopping feed management.
