In a Nutshell…\n\nWe have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Progressor to join our team within Vistry East Yorkshire, at our office in Leeds. As our Sales Progressor, you will progress reservations to exchange and legal completion within the company agreed timescales.\n\n You will support the customer journey and effect timely exchanges through regular communications with solicitors, mortgage brokers and estate agents, dealing with issues promptly and efficiently.\n\nThe successful candidate will keep the business informed on all sales progress for accurate financial legal completions forecasting.\n\n We value in-person collaboration and team culture, but we're also committed to supporting flexible working where possible. \n\nLet's cut to the chase, what's in it for you…\n\nCompetitive basic salary and annual bonus \nSalary sacrifice car scheme available to all employees\nMileage allowance\nUp to 33 days annual leave plus bank holidays increasing to up to 39 days with service\n2 Volunteering days per annum\nPrivate medical insurance, with employee paid cover\nEnhanced maternity, paternity and adoption leave\nCompetitive pension scheme through salary sacrifice\nLife assurance at 4 x your annual salary\nShare save and share incentive schemes\nEmployee rewards portal with many more benefits…In return, what we would like from you…\n\nBehave in line with our company values - Integrity, Caring and Quality\nLegal and/or Estate Agency, New Homes background\nStrong IT skills\nExperience with CRM systems\nA good understanding of building regulations and legal obligations\nProficient with MS Office programmes, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel\nProficient with Sales software e.g. Connections Database/COINs/Keys\nExcellent telephone manner and email etiquette\nAbility to deal with customers and stakeholders in a friendly and professional manner\nAble to effectively handle difficult situations\nStrong negotiation skills\nAble to work under pressure, prioritise and meet set deadlines\nWilling to be flexible in respect of day-to-day duties and hours workedDesirable…\n\n5 GCSEs/GCEs including Maths and English, or equivalent\nA Levels (or equivalent) in any discipline\nRelevant experience working for a residential housebuilder\nLegal Conveyancing knowledge\nFull driving licenseMore about the Sales Progressor role…\n\nUpdate internal systems with all sales progress activity, keeping all plot records up to date with accurate information.\nLiaise with internal stakeholders from site set up and manage the customer Database until site sales presence.\nProactively communicate on a daily/weekly basis to the Sales & Marketing Director any issues with conveyancing and plot progression to ensure completions targets are achieved.\nEnsure new developments are set up with the legal teams in readiness for the first sales release.\nObtain management proposals from the managing agents and set up the management companies.\nEnsure contracts are issued by solicitors within the agreed timescales and with the correct plans/information.\nLiaise with other Vistry departments to ensure enquires etc are responded to within a timely manner.\nProduce weekly sales progression tracker for sales team.\nKeep in touch with the sales team and the customer updating them on their purchase and advising them of actions they need to take.\nLiaise with mortgage lenders, solicitors, estate agents and other Vistry departments to deal with any issues that arise.\nForecast expected exchanges, providing reasons for delays on overdue contracts to the business on a weekly basis.\nGenerate general customer communications, e.g. pre-contract meeting letters, 35-day intention to complete letters, welcome letters.\nComplete extensive list of weekly and monthly KPI reports ensuring that the reports are completed in a timely and accurate manner.\nProgress the part exchange resales to exchange and legal completion.

Liaise with solicitors, estate agents and our external team that help us in the delivery of part exchange.\nPresent a positive image of Vistry through all dealings with purchasers.\nPerform general office administration tasks, as and when required, to meet the needs of the department\nEnsure all relevant Standard Operating Procedures, sales and all other policies & procedures are understood and adhered to, and that mandatory training requirements are kept up to date.\nImplement Vistry's continuous drive to deliver excellent customer service by advocating the customer journey and consistently exceeding customer expectations.\nAssist with internal or external audit as required in line with Vistry Values of ICQ.\nUse Vistry systems to perform and execute your role requirement to drive excellence and ensure clarity of information records for business needs and demands.\nConduct yourself with internal and external stakeholders as ambassadors of Vistry.Finally, let's tell you a bit more about us…\n\nWe build more than homes, we're making Vistry.
