About the Role As the Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and team leadership. You'll play a key role in shaping the service, supporting your team, and ensuring residents receive person-centred, dignified care at all times. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and inspire a dedicated care team to deliver outstanding care Oversee daily operations and ensure a safe, compliant, and high-quality service Develop and implement tailored care plans, including specialist dementia and Alzheimer's care Ensure accurate and compliant medication management Maintain full compliance with CQC standards , safeguarding, and health & safety regulations Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals Manage rotas, staffing, and administrative processes efficiently Drive continuous improvement and enhance both resident experience and staff development ✅ What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Care Home Manager or Senior Leader within a residential or nursing setting Strong knowledge of dementia care and person-centred planning Excellent leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams Solid understanding of CQC requirements and safeguarding legislation Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities Compassionate, approachable, and committed to delivering exceptional care Strong communication skills at all levels What's in it for You?
