What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
2. Manage rotas in line with sales forecasts to ensure smooth service.
3. Oversee food ordering and stock control to minimise waste.
4. Deliver consistent, high-quality dishes to spec, maintaining the highest standards.
5. Ensure all deliveries meet quality, quantity, and freshness standards.
6. Take charge of allergen procedures and ensure compliance across the team.
7. Develop and contribute to new dishes and seasonal menus.
8. Step up and manage the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
9. Lead by example by training and supporting the team to meet high standards.
10. Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a fast-paced kitchen.
2. A passion for fresh, locally sourced food.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
4. Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
5. A positive attitude and a genuine love for hospitality.
