About the Role/team We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Compliance Works Coordinator to join our Compliance Works & Repairs team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You’ll lead and support a dedicated team of Compliance Coordinators, helping to deliver an outstanding repairs experience for our customers. You’ll support the Team Leader in managing day-to-day operations, providing coaching, feedback, and input into appraisals. You’ll oversee multiple work streams, schedules, and contractor jobs, ensuring repairs are booked efficiently and in line with our tenant deal and corporate standards. This is a fast-paced role that requires resilience, attention to detail, and a strong focus on quality. You’ll collaborate closely with customer services and technicians to drive improvement and deliver a responsive, effective service. Key Responsibilities: Support the Team Leader in managing daily operations and team performance Provide coaching, feedback, and input into appraisals and training Oversee scheduling and contractor coordination across multiple work streams Ensure repairs are booked efficiently and meet service standards Help reduce works in progress and improve service responsiveness Audit processes and drive continuous improvement Collaborate with front-line teams to promote shared values and outcomes Monitor performance and support delivery of KPIs What We’re Looking For Must haves: Proven ability to lead, plan resources, set targets, and monitor performance Strong understanding of repairs scheduling and service delivery Commitment to excellent customer service Ability to identify and improve poor staff performance Analytical skills with experience in data reporting Advanced verbal and written communication skills Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively under pressure Nice to haves: Experience working in a housing or property services environment Familiarity with compliance and contractor management systems For added brilliance: Confidence in coaching and developing team members Passion for driving improvement and delivering great customer outcomes Benefits At SettleParadigm, we believe in creating an environment where our people feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
