With exciting growth plans in motion, it’s the perfect time for a strong recruiter to step up and take ownership as a Principal Consultant within our high-performing education team. We’re ideally looking for someone with experience in SEND, Primary, or Secondary education recruitment, but we’re also open to strong recruiters from other temp sectors who are ready to transfer their skills into education.
Responsibilities
* Running and growing your own 360 temporary desk within the education sector
* Taking ownership of client and candidate relationships, building long-term partnerships
* Driving revenue growth while maintaining best practice in compliance and safeguarding
* Acting as a senior point of contact within the team—leading by example, supporting others, and influencing best practice
* Leveraging strong brand presence and cutting-edge marketing tools to grow your market share
* Playing a key role in the growth of the Newcastle team and contributing to wider business success
