About the Role:
As a Community Care Practitioner, you will:
Provide vital support and companionship to vulnerable adults in their own homes. Assist with daily living, personal care, and maintaining independence. Deliver compassionate, person-centred care with professionalism and respect.
Whether you are new to care or already experienced, we will provide you with the training, guidance, and encouragement you need to succeed.
