Key requirements:
* UK qualified lawyer with 2 - 5 years’ PQE (guideline only).
* Experience gained within a leading law firm’s Funds team or equivalent in-house environment.
* Strong technical skills in funds and asset management, with the ability to advise on a broad range of matters.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
