Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Belfast for an IT Project Manager focusing on CRM roll-out. The IT Project Manager will lead comprehensive project planning and execution for CRM system implementation, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, mitigating risks, and handling resource allocation. The role also involves overseeing technical aspects of CRM integration and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and IT infrastructure.
Qualifications
* Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate project data and draw meaningful insights.
* Expertise in Program Management and Project Planning to manage and execute CRM roll-out projects efficiently.
* Proficiency in Information Technology with knowledge of CRM systems and implementation methodologies.
* Excellent Communication skills for stakeholder engagement and project team coordination.
* Proven experience managing CRM or enterprise system implementation projects is highly desirable.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are a plus.
