Reports to: Brand Marketing Manager > Head of Brand Marketing
Oversees: Social Media Exec + Community Activation & Event Rep
Location: Head Office, near Gatwick (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a Social Media & Partnerships Manager to lead our organic social presence, brand storytelling, and influencer/media partnerships. You’ll be the voice of STYRKR on social, building our audience, shaping our tone, and leading the team that brings our brand to life online.
Main Accountabilities:
Social Strategy & Platform Management
* Develop and lead a cohesive, data-driven social media strategy aligned with broader brand goals.
* Own the content calendar across all channels, planning, scheduling, and publishing campaigns, launches, and “always on” content.
* Drive community growth, engagement, and brand visibility through smart content planning and trend awareness.
* Analyse platform performance and deliver insights to continually improve output and efficiency.
* Monitor brand sentiment and competitor activity through social listening and share strategic recommendations.
Content Creation & Brand Storytelling
* Lead content planning across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Facebook), adapting messaging and format to suit each channel.
* Maintain brand tone of voice and visual consistency across all content types.
* Work with creators, freelancers, and internal teams to develop social-first creative, including athlete content, UGC, product shoots, and event recaps.
* Support content capture at brand activations, athlete meetups, races, and expos with real-time and post-event storytelling.
* Integrate social narratives across other channels (email, site, packaging, PR) for a cohesive brand voice.
