We are recruiting for an experienced Legal PA to join one of exceptional US firms. This role is working Monday to Friday, 9:30-17:30 with hybrid working (4 days in their stunning offices). Competitive salary and great benefits!
You will supporting a small allocation of 3/4 fee earners including predominantly a key Corporate partner who is expert in his field. For this reason, the role will be heavily weighted in EA responsibility so is an exciting opportunity!!
Duties include:
* Extensive diary and inbox management
* Booking travel, meetings, appointments and events
* Basic document preparation and amendments
* Invoicing and receipts
* Opening new clients and matters
Skills required:
* You must have at least 5 years of experience working as a Legal PA in a City or US law firm.
* Excellent time management and organisation skills.
* Efficient, robust, and proactive.
* Excellent client-facing skills.
* Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office.
* Great communication skills – both written and verbal.
* High level of professionalism.
