We are looking for a Car Park Supervisor to join our friendly team covering the Manchester and Liverpool Sites. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring operational requirements and service level agreements are met throughout all aspects of the contract. What you’ll do:Provide direct support to the Area Operations Manager and oversee all daily operations for the Car Park Provide Effective Supervisory Management to onsite Parking Patrol Officers. As well as directing and motivating your team you will also be responsible for Training and Development of all PPO's ( Parking Patrol Officers)You will be responsible for the smooth running of daily operations throughout the car park, as well as ensuring all operating procedures are adhered toEnsuring revenue maximisation, continuously improving cost efficiencies as well as driving opportunities to gain additional revenue Ensure onsite team deliver an excellent and consistent customer experienceProvide support to Management with financial reporting Utilise both internal and external IT based functions to accurately record and track all operational/financial performanceEstablish and maintain effective relationships with Internal and External stakeholdersStrive to Improve SLA performance of the service provided by APCOAEnsure compliance with all contractual KPI’sWhat you'll bring:Essential - 3 years’ experience in similar supervisory roleEssential - Experience of working Microsoft OfficeDesirable – Experience working within the Car Parking IndustryDesirable – SIA Licence Why Choose us:£32,000 per annum42 hours per week, 5 out of 7 28 days holiday including BHCompany PensionFull Training and Development planEmployee Discount schemeDoes this sound perfect for you?
