Our client an expanding thriving property design, refurbishment and maintenance business who are looking for a proactive, disciplined, motivated and results orientated candidate to take the lead for this SME in a finance and business admin role You will be working closely with the wider management team and operational staff to get involved in various projects around the business and ensuring that you are working closely with the Quantity Surveyor on the Commercial aspects. You will be supporting key business decisions, and driving continuous improvement across processes

Key Responsibilities
Working closely with the Management team and Operations team including the quantity surveyor.
Close liaison with external clients and all department internally
Involvement in Bidding for Tenders
Working with the broader management team for all commercials
Liaison with clients and attending meetings as necessary
Tracking, reporting and management of all costings
Sales and overhead forecasting
Day to day running the company finances - day to day accounts
Payment processing
Credit management, invoicing, cash collection
Balancing, management of banking
Preparation and presentation of monthly/annual accounts
VAT Returns
Budget management
Project work across the business
What they are looking for
ACA/ACCA/CIMA part-qualified (or equivalent).
Systems used Zero, BigChange, AI
SME Experience is essential
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to balance strategic thinking and challenge
Highly organised with excellent prioritisation skills.
A cooperative relationship builder who challenges the status quo and drives improvement.
Energetic, positive, and able to meet deadlines.
This role is working from the office location daily
What the Company offer - to include
Salary - (negotiable on experience/background)
Working Hours Monday - Friday 40 hours per week
Holiday allowance 25 days plus bank holiday
