Salary: £90 – £115 per day (Depending on Experience)

GSL Education are seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and supportive Graduate Teaching Assistant (TA) to work within friendly and inclusive school across the Middlesbrough area. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates looking to gain hands-on classroom experience and make a real difference in the lives of young learners.
As a Graduate TA, you will play a key role in supporting teachers, assisting students with learning activities, and helping create a positive and engaging school environment.
Your Role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant Will Include:
* Supporting students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
* Working 1:1 or with small groups to deliver targeted interventions.
* Assisting the class teacher in preparing resources and classroom activities.
* Encouraging positive behaviour and maintaining a supportive learning atmosphere.
* Always following safeguarding procedures and all school policies.
What We’re Looking in Graduate Teaching Assistant:
* A recent graduate (any subject) with a passion for education.
* Experience working with children or young people (schools, tutoring, youth work, coaching etc.) is desirable.
* A positive, patient, and proactive approach to supporting young learners.
* Willingness to adapt and contribute to the school community.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
