EHCPs are only as good as the support behind them. This Sunderland setting understands that, and they’re looking for an OT who can bridge that gap.
You’ll play a key role in making sure every child’s plan is more than just a document, it’s something that shapes their daily experience.
Your role
* Analyse EHCPs and ensure provision is appropriate, realistic and impactful
* Identify gaps between what’s written and what’s happening, then help close them
* Deliver targeted interventions to support physical, sensory and emotional needs
* Work closely with teaching teams to adapt environments and approaches
* Track progress and celebrate those small but powerful wins

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
