Job Title: Client Strategist – Hybrid (3 days office, 2 remote)

They’re now seeking an experienced Client Strategist to take ownership of relationships with some of their largest enterprise clients, ensuring their recognition and engagement programmes deliver real impact, measurable value, and long-term growth.
The Role
As Client Strategist, you’ll act as a trusted advisor — shaping strategy, driving retention, and identifying opportunities for expansion within existing client portfolios. You’ll lead strategic discussions with senior stakeholders, influence decision-making, and ensure every client’s recognition solution is aligned with their culture and business goals.
This is a hybrid role blending strategic thinking, relationship management, and commercial acumen — perfect for someone with a background in Customer Success, SaaS account management, or HR/Employee Experience consulting.
