Job Title: Deputy Care Support Manager – Disability Services Location: Aston on Trent area, Derbyshire Contract Type: Full-time, 39 hours per week Salary: £30,856.62 per annum Annual Leave: 33 days (including bank holidays) Essential: Full UK Driving Licence About the Role Thera East Midlands is looking for a dedicated and proactive Deputy Care Support Manager to join our team in Aston on Trent, Derbyshire. This is a vital leadership role where you'll work alongside the Support Manager to ensure high-quality, person-centred care for adults with a learning disability. We’re looking for someone who understands the importance of being fully hands-on, is willing to work shifts and sleep-ins, and is committed to supporting both the people we support and the wider staff team. You must be a driver and flexible in travelling locally as needed. This is more than a management role — it’s about making a meaningful difference every day.
