£45,000 – £50,000 + commission
Our client is expanding into the commercial solar PV market and is seeking an experienced Commercial Solar Sales Manager to lead this exciting new division.
The Role
You’ll design and deliver the commercial sales strategy, build a high‑value pipeline, and secure end‑to‑end solar PV projects. This is a rare chance to shape a new business area, working closely with technical teams and partners to drive growth.
What You’ll Do
* Develop and execute the commercial solar sales strategy.
* Identify and convert new clients across SMEs, corporates, landlords, and local authorities.
* Lead proposals, ROI modelling, and contract negotiations.
* Build partnerships with installers, EPCs, financiers, and suppliers.
* Support recruitment and team growth as the division scales.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven track record in commercial solar PV sales.
* Experience building or scaling a sales function in renewables or construction.
* Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and closing skills.
