We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant / Client Executive to join our client, a professional services firm based in Nottingham City Centre. This newly created role will act as a central coordination point across multiple departments, supporting one of the firm’s largest clients.

Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, responding to queries, coordinating requests, and ensuring seamless support for client-related activities
Manage and maintain the diary of a senior leader, scheduling meetings, prioritising commitments, preparing agendas, and supporting effective day-to-day coordination
Organise and coordinate client training sessions, liaising with trainers and attendees, tracking attendance, and ensuring smooth delivery from planning through to execution
Support effective cross-department communication, sharing updates, following up on actions, and providing comprehensive administrative support to maintain efficient workflows

Previous experience within a professional services environment (essential)
Proactive, highly organised, and able to use initiative
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (essential)
