Teaching Personnel is proud to work in partnership with a range of supportive and welcoming primary schools across the Poole area. We’re looking for enthusiastic Supply Teachers to cover both short-term and long-term absences across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
✅ The Role:
Delivering engaging and high-quality lessons across different primary year groups
Supporting children of all abilities to achieve and make progress
Adapting quickly to new classroom environments and school policies
Following pre-prepared plans or adding your own creativity where needed
Ensuring pupil safety, wellbeing, and a positive classroom atmosphere
About You:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching within primary education (EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2)
Strong behaviour management and confident classroom presence
Flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic about working in different schools
Able to build positive relationships with both pupils and staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
