Key Responsibilities - Digital Marketing Lead - Agency
• Own and develop the agency’s digital marketing strategy
• Lead and coordinate digital campaigns across PPC, SEO, paid social and content channels
• Manage and optimise website performance including development and ongoing improvements
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously refine activity to maximise ROI
• Implement clear reporting and analytics frameworks to track marketing effectiveness
• Translate performance data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to align digital marketing with wider commercial goals
• Introduce new digital tools, platforms and technologies that improve marketing capability
• Explore and implement AI-driven approaches to enhance marketing performance and efficiency
• Ensure campaigns and digital projects are delivered on time and within budget
Your Background - Digital Marketing Lead - Agency
• Strong experience leading digital marketing activity across multiple channels
• Hands-on knowledge of paid media, SEO, web performance and campaign optimisation
• Experience using analytics platforms such as GA4 and other reporting tools
• Experience managing websites - WordPress would be great
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
