About the team Our Enterprise Merchant FP&A team are responsible for managing $850M Opex cost base. We are looking for a Manager to specialise in driving understanding of EBITDA P&L drivers and associated KPI metrics, as well as enhancing decision support metrics for the division as a whole. What you’ll own as the FP&A Manager: Line management of team of 3 Play key role in monthly finance close process, liaising with Accounting and looking to set up enhanced variance analysis across both Revenue and Opex Lead on ‘bridging the gap’ between current revenue and Opex split, particularly on cost of goods sold and other volume driven areas – helping to turn Opex into a growth driver as opposed to pure cost centre Proactively influence Senior Management to drive decisions that will improve profitability across the Enterprise business Own Regional Opex Reporting, as well as fund-reallocation and investment ask process Monitor external risks and metrics to highlight and quantify potential impact to forecast & P&L Linked to above, provide healthy challenge and debate to forecast owners to help improve accuracy What you’ll bring: Qualified or part-qualified accountant (preferably CIMA) Strong presenting and turning 'data into insight' skills Demonstrated experience in driving change and influencing snr stakeholders - key to success in role Highly motivated & confident self-starter, the role itself is newly created and therefore unstructured; so will require a high level of drive and initiative to be successful Experience in a fast paced, dynamic and complex industry Strong relationship building skills Strong excel skill It’s a bonus if you have Essbase/Oracle Discoverer experience What makes a Worldpayer What makes a Worldpayer?
