About the role:
As Regional Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing your team within specified trusts. Travel to Belfast headquarters for occasional meetings will be required. You will oversee 4,000-5,000 hours of care weekly, supported by Belfast HQ and a team of care professionals.
You will lead, develop, and support your team to deliver excellent care, ensure compliance with regulations and standards, and support growth and service excellence.
* Manage and provide coverage during absences of Area Care Managers
* Guide front-line staff via on-call support
* Liaise with stakeholders such as Health & Social Care Trust
* Build and retain a focused team
* Report key performance indicators to the operations team
* Lead and oversee training and supervision of Area Care Managers
* Audit client and staff files, monitor compliance
* Identify areas for business growth
* Oversee operations in the absence of the Area Care Manager
* Manage staff schedules, leave, and investigations
* Mentor Area Care Managers and support their development
* Introduce community teams and clients during induction
* Support staff in systems and processes
* Report incidents, safeguarding, and complaints
Requirements include 3-5 years in a high-performance environment, domiciliary care experience, flexibility to work in the community, and a full UK driving license (waived if unable to drive).
