Join Ideal Complex Care, part of the Clece Care Group, and make a real difference in someone’s life. We are seeking an experienced Complex Care Support Worker to provide 2:1 care for a client living in their own home.
About the Client
* Epilepsy
* Cerebral Palsy
* Osteoporosis
* PEG feeding
* Partially sighted
What You’ll Do
* Deliver person-centred care tailored to the client’s needs
* Assist with PEG feeding and medication administration
* Support with mobility and personal care
* Monitor and respond to health changes promptly
* Promote independence and dignity
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in complex care (essential)
* Knowledge of PEG feeding and epilepsy management
* Excellent communication skills (including non-verbal techniques)
* Ability to work as part of a team and follow care plans
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
* Right to work in the UK – unfortunately, we cannot offer sponsorship at this time
