Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Clerical Officer based at University Hospital Crosshouse.
What You Will Do
Duties include the maintenance and filing of patients confidential records, recording patient related data, admissions and booking out-patient appointments using the computerised Patient Management System. Providing reception services, answering telephones and relaying messages. You should be able to work flexibly in order to meet service demands.
Knowledge, Training And/or Experience Required To Do The Job
Candidates should possess SVQ Level 2 in administration or equivalent qualification or experience.
Hours
14.8 hours per week
* Week 1: Monday & Tuesday 5pm – 9pm
* Wednesday 5pm – 9.18pm
* Week 2: Thursday 5pm – 9.30pm
* Friday – Sunday 4pm – 9pm
* Week 3: Saturday 7am – 2.30pm [30 min break]; Sunday 7am – 4.30pm [30 min break]
