The Opportunity
We are on the lookout for a driven Deputy Manager who can inspire and empower their team to create outstanding guest experiences at Crafty Pig. If you love motivating others, driving performance, and making a real impact, we'd love to chat.

1. Provide clear guidance, encouragement, and support to help the team grow.
2. Support the General Manager and work together to create and deliver our vision
3. Maintain consistency in standards and procedures
4. Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment where guests feel comfortable and valued.
A little bit about us…
At Social Pub and Kitchen, we pride ourselves on being individually crafted and hero great experiences at any time of the day or night. We tailor to our diverse range of guests, and our teams create the perfect place to socialise with friends, whether that be for Bottomless Brunch, sport or to join us for a great night out. Each venue is different and has its own unique identity, and this is something we celebrate in our teams too. We need our team to engage confidently with our guests, have a passion for great beer, cocktails, and sport. If its live it’s on, and we are the place to watch it. A great bar in the heart of the city centre and near the bustling Northern Quarter. Location is key, and this venue packs a punch when it comes to a great atmosphere and quality food and drinks! With TVs in all of their booths, this is also the perfect place for our guests to watch their favourite sport with friends. In the evening, the venue caters for a great range of live music, vinyl DJs, and acts.
