Role Overview
Lounges are special places, made so by the brilliant people who run them. As Assistant Manager, you'll support the General Manager in maintaining excellence across the team, delivering 14 great shifts to ensure every customer leaves happy. Your responsibilities include supporting the day-to-day operations of the Lounge, from managing rotas and team engagement to handling customer feedback. Your approach will be unique, and you'll do it your way.

Candidate Profile
* Likely an existing Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Supervisor in hospitality
* Experience in bar environments with food and drink service
* Passionate about hospitality and people management
* Driven and resilient
* Strong attention to detail and reporting skills
* Excellent communication and rapport-building abilities
* Self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure
* Knowledge of sales, HR, and KPI management
