Job Role: UI Designer
Location: Hybrid - London
Salary: Up to £75,000 + Benefits
As a Junior to Mid-level UI Designer (3-5 years' experience), you'll focus primarily on UI design and design systems rather than Front End engineering. Reporting into the Lead UI/UX Designer, you'll work across multiple platforms including React, Pega, Sitecore, and Guidewire Digital,You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and senior stakeholders, acting as a design advocate and trusted advisor across IT and the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead UI/UX design for user journeys, workflows, and interfaces across digital platforms
* Translate user pain points into clear, actionable design solutions
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and insight-driven design validation
* Contribute to UX standards, guidelines, and the UX Centre of Excellence
* Facilitate workshops, ideation sessions, and design sprints
Essential Skills & Experience
1. 3+ years experience in a UI or UI/UX design role
