A leading global consultancy is looking for an Associate Director to drive large-scale, front-office transformation programmes integrating sales, service, marketing, CRM, AI and digital to deliver measurable impact for clients.
You’ll be joining a high-performing Strategy & Performance Transformation team, working at the forefront of customer innovation and helping senior leaders shape and execute strategies that truly make a difference.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading major customer transformation programmes, from proposition design to delivery.
* Advising Banking and Insurance clients on integrating sales, service and marketing for seamless customer journeys.
* Winning and delivering multi-phased, high-value consulting engagements.
* Building trusted relationships with C-Suite executives and industry leaders.
* Driving innovation with CRM, AI, and digital solutions to improve performance.
* Managing and developing high-calibre consulting teams.
Required Experience:
* Significant consulting experience in customer transformation, ideally in Financial Services.
* Proven track record leading large, complex, multi-workstream programmes.
* Deep knowledge of customer strategy, operating model design, and performance improvement.
* Experience applying human-centred design, agile methods, and digital/AI-enabled solutions.
* Strong commercial acumen and business development skills.
* Excellent stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
