Team Leadership & Supervision
* Lead and support the estimating/sales team, ensuring enquiries are processed promptly and accurately.
* Oversee quotation preparation and ensure adherence to pricing guidelines and quality standards.
* Provide coaching, feedback, and performance support to team members.
* Deputise for senior management when required.
