Your Role
You'll support the Head Chef in ensuring smooth kitchen operations, consistent quality, and a menu that reflects creativity and seasonality:
* Assist in planning and leading daily food preparation
* Help design and test new recipes and menu idea
* Work closely with your team on specials and seasonal dishes
* Ensure kitchen cleanliness and uphold food safety standards
What We're Looking For
We are seeking someone with a strong kitchen background and experience in a similar Sous Chef role:
* Previous experience in a busy kitchen
* Confident across a range of cooking methods, techniques, and equipment
* A strong team player who can also lead and support others
* Calm under pressure and able to manage solo when needed
* Food hygiene certification and understanding of kitchen safety protocols
