Overview

Wealth & Asset Management Talent Specialist - covering Sales & Marketing hires, Paraplanning & Administration hires through to Management Levels. Fram Search is partnering with a fast-growing compliance consultancy serving financial services clients, known for professionalism, innovative solutions, high standards, and a collaborative culture.

The consultancy is seeking a Head of Business Development to drive its next growth phase. This is a strategic and hands-on role that includes leading and coaching a team while developing your own pipeline of opportunities. You will work with senior leaders across the consultancy and marketing functions to refine the commercial strategy, deepen referral networks, and build long-term business relationships. A key part of the role is embedding a sales-driven culture while promoting tailored compliance solutions that help clients manage regulatory complexity effectively.

This opportunity may appeal to someone with proven business development and leadership experience within financial services, ideally with exposure to wealth or asset management. A background in private markets would be valuable, as would previous experience in a consultancy, advisory, or solutions-based business. The role requires commercial acumen, credibility, and the ability to coach and inspire a team while acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

* Previous experience in a consultancy, advisory, or solutions-based business.
* Strong commercial acumen, credibility, and ability to coach and inspire a team.
* Ability to act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders.
