Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound leads and appointments (phone, internet) and direct to appropriate contact
* Contact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty
* Loaner vehicle management
* Some office/accounting duties
* Assist with meeting and greeting service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner
* Engage with customers waiting for their vehicles in the customer lounge
* Oversee customer contact reports and make calls for follow-up
* Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company’s vision, mission, and values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliers
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Automotive experience preferred
* Great attitude with a high-energy personality
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Professional appearance and work ethic
* Ability to work well in a process-driven environment
* Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written forms
* Valid driver’s license
