Skills and Qualifications
* 4 years in a GP setting in a managerial or supervisory post, Or 4 years managerial experience in an office environment.
* High level IT literacy skills.
* 3 A Level's grades or equivalent A-C or above.
* 2 years financial management experience.
* Experience of working in a primary care setting.
* Recognised Practice Managers diploma eg AMSpAR or ILM Level 5 Leadership and Management Or University degree or Business Management qualification.
* Human Resource Management, including recruitment, training & supervision, performance mangement & development of staff.
* Financial acumen & experience in business planning.
Further Information
Hours of work: 30 per week to be discussed at interview. Salary: £43,000 - £47,000 per annum, pro-rata based on a 37.5 hour week, depending on experience. NHS pension. On-site parking.
