Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: Worle, Weston-Super-Mare
Salary: Up to £53,725.86 (including bonuses)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: Young People aged 8–17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), Trauma, CSE, CCE
Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People), Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People Workforce or equivalent
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 2 years in residential children’s care, 1 year supervising/managing care staff
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

* Number of Beds: 4

* Location: Rural setting in Worle, Weston-Super-Mare

* Type of YPs: EBD, Trauma, Neglect, CSE, CCE

* Ofsted Rating: New Service – To Be Registered

* Ratio of Staff to Children: 9 staff team

An experienced and passionate Registered Manager who is committed to delivering high-quality care that transforms the lives of children and young people. You will have the ability to lead and develop a team, provide a nurturing and safe environment, and work towards outstanding outcomes. A strong understanding of legislation, inspection requirements, and safeguarding is essential.

Known for their holistic and individualised approach, this is a medium-sized provider with multiple homes across the region. Their homes offer nurturing environments for young people to thrive, supported by dedicated, caring teams.

Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children's Home will not be considered.
