Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: Worle, Weston-Super-Mare
Salary: Up to £53,725.86 (including bonuses)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: Young People aged 8–17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), Trauma, CSE, CCE
Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People), Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People Workforce or equivalent
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 2 years in residential children’s care, 1 year supervising/managing care staff

A strong understanding of legislation, inspection requirements, and safeguarding is essential.
