*Overview*
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail bakery & cafe store. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team, driving sales, developing the business, driving customer relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service.
*Duties*
* Manage and motivate a team of staff
* Develop and implement robust sales and merchandising strategies to achieve targets
* Ensure the store is well-organised and visually appealing
* Monitor stock levels and cost of goods and place orders as needed
* Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
* Train new employees on store policies and procedures
* Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff
* Work with Director to enhance store and develop sales

* Ensure legal compliances are upheld and followed

* Previous experience in retail or hospitality and/ or retail management is essential
-Successful candidate will have proven history in developing business
* Previous and proven record of developing a store and improving margin and profitability
* Strong leadership skills for developing and coaching staff
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Time management skills to meet deadlines effectively
* Leadership qualities to inspire and guide the team
The successful candidate will be driven, positive, KPI target focused, and lead from the front. The branch manager will be in a position of great trust and will work closely with directors and operational team. This role is for someone who wants to drive results, and achieve excellent bonus for themselves, and their team. Key objectives will be set and appraised quarterly.

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
