Responsibilities
* Manage quality across NPD, production, warehouse, and stock
* Conduct laboratory testing, failure analysis, and benchmarking
* Investigate customer complaints and product returns
* Perform incoming, outgoing, and intervention inspections
* Support supplier failure analysis and continuous improvement actions
* Oversee production quality, packaging, and rework activities
* Support Technical Helpline with high priority investigations
* Maintain and support the Quality Management System (QMS), including audits
* Manage lab equipment, calibration, and 5S standards
Qualifications
* Hands on quality experience in an electronics environment
* Knowledge of electronics testing and IPC standards
* Strong problem solving, analytical, and reporting skills
* Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
* High attention to detail
* Desirable: ISO 9001 experience, root cause analysis, DFMEA/PFMEA, SAP knowledge, soldering experience, driving Licence
