InstaGroup is looking for a Retrofit Coordinator to join our growing InstaPAS team and play a key role in delivering safe, compliant, and effective energy efficiency upgrades across the UK. The Role As a Retrofit Coordinator, you will oversee retrofit projects from initial assessment through to installation and completion, ensuring all work aligns with PAS 2035 standards and follows a whole-house approach. Your work will help improve building performance, reduce energy use, and enhance comfort for occupants. You will coordinate project activities across assessors, designers, installers and compliance teams, ensuring retrofit measures are designed and delivered safely, efficiently, and in full regulatory compliance.
