Position: Area Sales Manager
Products: Plumbing/Civils/Building Services
Area: North West England
Salary: £45-55,000, Bonus, Hybrid Car, Private Health, 6% Pension Contribution
Our client is an international company with over 1,200 highly skilled employees worldwide and wholly owned subsidiaries in 12 countries. The group now operates more than 160 moulding/extrusion machines, producing over 8,000 products.
They currently have an exciting opportunity for an experiened Area Sales Manager reporting to the Sales Director; you will promote their well respected range of water management products, Valves, Fittings, Meter Connection points.
The key customer base will include Plumbers/Builders/Civils Merchants, Distributors, M&E Contractors, Civil Contractors, Domestic plumbers and Commercial installers.
You will be responsible for the account management and development of this well established region.
Our client is looking for external sales experience within the building products sector with a proven track record of commercial sales success and the ability to absorb product information.

Responsibilities
* Promote the range of water management products (Valves, Fittings, Meter Connection points).
* Account management and development of the North West England region.
* Engage with key customer bases including Plumbers, Builders, Civils Merchants, Distributors, M&E Contractors, Civil Contractors, Domestic plumbers and Commercial installers.
* Collaborate with the Sales Director and internal teams to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
Qualifications / Experience
* External sales experience within the building products sector.
* Proven track record of commercial sales success and the ability to absorb product information.
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills appropriate for a regional sales role.
