HR Advisor - Poole - Up to £40,000
We're recruiting a proactive HR Advisor for a professional organisation in Poole. This is a full generalist HR role, combining HR administration, employee relations, and project work.
What you'll do:
Support managers and employees across all HR matters
Manage HR admin, contracts, records, and systems
Drive recruitment, onboarding, and HR projects
Ensure compliance and best practice
Requirements:
Generalist HR experience (admin + project work)
CIPD qualification is ideal
Experience supporting senior leaders
Highly organised, confident communicator, MS Office proficient
Access to own transport
Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE | Permanent
