Responsibilities
* Supporting residents with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily routines
* Building strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
* Promoting independence and emotional well-being
* Assisting with accurate record-keeping and care documentation
* Helping maintain a clean, safe, and caring environment
What We’re Looking For
* 6 months UK based experience in healthcare settings such as residential homes, supported living and care homes
* A kind, compassionate, and reliable nature
* Willingness to complete Enhanced Access NI
* Willingness to complete E-Learning and Practical Training
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* A willingness to learn and a positive attitude
