Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant - Immediate & Ongoing Opportunities Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to work full time across a range of our partner schools in the local area. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and is looking for consistent, meaningful work with the potential to secure a permanent role. In this role, you will support pupils with a variety of SEN, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties, and communication needs, across mainstream and specialist settings. You may be working one-to-one, in small groups, or providing general classroom support, depending on the needs of each school and pupil. Flexibility, empathy, and a proactive approach are essential. We work closely with a wide network of schools, meaning placements are carefully matched to your skills, experience, and preferences wherever possible.
