Working to tight timelines, you will ensure that the work area is kept safe and as clean as possible while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and health and safety at all times.
In the role, you will be expected to carry out and record regular food safety checks while minimizing and recording waste and spillages. 99 per hour + over time benefits

Managing daily production shifts.
Training and monitoring shift employees to ensure compliance with proper work procedures and production of food components.
Responsible for the preparation/cooking of food items according to approved specifications and recipes.
Ensures quality production standards are followed and maintained.
Ensures adherence to HACCP and regional safety regulations in compliance with gategroup policies and procedures.
Basic Food hygiene training/certification
A recognized City & Guilds qualification or NVQ Level 2 for a Chef is desirable but not essential
Work Experience:
Previous supervisory experience working in a high volume, manufacturing, food production, restaurant or catering environment required
In-flight catering experience or experience in a high-volume food service environment preferred
Basic computer skills
Flexible & self-motivated with the ability to 'think on your feet'
The right to work in the UK, undertake a CRC (Criminal Record Check) and provide 5 years of checkable referencing history.
