We’re an international engineering and construction business known for delivering complex, high-profile projects across the UK and beyond. Right now, we’re looking for an ICT Support Technician to join our Swindon-based IT team — someone with a passion for technology and a proactive, can-do attitude.
🚀 What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in supporting our IT operations day-to-day, helping to ensure that our people, systems and networks run at their best.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to colleagues across the business
* Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems
* Managing ICT onboarding and offboarding processes for new starters and leavers
* Supporting mobile devices and end-user communication systems
* Logging, prioritising, and resolving support tickets efficiently and professionally

You’re a confident communicator with solid technical knowledge and a genuine passion for IT support. You take pride in providing great service and keeping systems performing at their best.
You’ll bring:
* Previous experience in IT support or a related technical role
* Good understanding of Windows Servers and operating systems
* Familiarity with hardware configuration and troubleshooting
* Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving
* A customer-focused mindset and a willingness to go the extra mile
